Chuck’s biggest claim to fame might be that his parents lived in the ‘Mork & Mindy’ house in Boulder, Colorado when he was born. His first radio job was in Knob Noster, Missouri, also Whiteman AFB’s home. He soon moved on to a Country station in the Des Moines area (KJJY), where he worked all shifts before moving to the Omaha area. Chuck spent 12 years at KGOR/KFAB and then at 101.9 The Fox. As you can tell, he has worked in many formats and worked for radio networks allowing him to share his love of music all over the country. Chuck prefers Country music as the artists and the listeners share a common love for the music. Over the years, he has met Alabama, Kathy Mattea, George Strait, Lee Greenwood, Ricky Skaggs, Dave & Sugar, Sawyer Brown, Little Richard, and Jerry Lee Lewis. Chuck has been in radio for over 40 years and is so glad to be in the Bluffs playing the Best Mix of Country hits, helping the Council Bluffs metro get through their workday!
