Caring for Our Communities
Caring for Our Communities,
a program led by the Jennie Edmundson Foundation is dedicated to improving the
healthcare needs of the southwest Iowa community – at no cost to patients.
They partner with several agencies in
southwest Iowa to connect individuals with resources addressing their mental,
social, and physical health needs.
Knowledgeable healthcare professionals meet
with patients to determine their needs and connect them with a community health
coach and/or behavioral health coach.
