The Jack Young Memorial Foundation is a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization founded to help raise awareness and funding for the fight to END ALZ on behalf of our father, husband, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Jack, who lost his battle with early-onset Alzheimer’s at the age of 67.
Our primary fundraiser is our annual golf tournament. Again this year, our tournament will be part of the Alzheimer’s Association’s The Longest Day events. We need your help to make this golf tournament a big success for the 13th year in a row! You’re guaranteed to have a good time for a great cause.
