Caring for Our Communities, a program led by the Jennie Edmundson Foundation, is dedicated to improving the healthcare needs of the southwest Iowa community – at no cost to patients.
As part of this transformative program, Community Health Workers connect with vulnerable individuals to provide assistance, shelter, and medical care.
