Council Bluffs Mental Health Awareness Event and Walk

Sail On and Fly High is the presenting sponsor for the Council Bluffs Mental Health Awareness Event and walk in Bayliss Park on 5/23/24. It is free to the public and we anticipate over 300 people like we have had in years past. this is our 3rd annual. It is an event full of resources for the community to get support and better their mental health. It is also for those who love someone with mental health detriments. This year’s theme is “get physical with mental health” and we will have a panel od speakers and demonstrations that coincide with this. Each attendee (up to 500) will get $5 market bucks to spend that night, there will be lots if other free goodies too. At the conclusion of the event we will walk around Bayliss Park in solidarity to bring awareness to mental health.
