Connections Area Agency on Aging 24th Annual Golf Tournament

Connections Area Agency on Aging is thrilled to announce that registration is now OPEN for our 24th Annual Golf Classic and Silent Auction, happening September 13th, 2024 at Dodge Riverside Golf Club.

As a valued partner we invite you to participate in this fantastic event. Our Golf Classic is our Signature event for the region, boasting 24 years of tournament tradition. All proceeds from the event go towards providing vital support and services to older Iowans and their family caregivers, enabling them to age on their own terms in the community of their choice.

As an Area Agency on Aging, we provide many services to older Iowans and their family caregivers. Some of our services include information and assistance, case management, home-delivered meals, congregate meals, and learning opportunities. In FY 2023 we were able to provide:
*Information, supports, and services to 31,430 older Iowans and their families.
*201,034 meals were provided through our home-delivered meal programs and senior meal sites.
*Connections AAA provided training and education including elder abuse prevention and awareness,
technology classes, and classes to help family caregivers on their caregiving journey to 27,687 Iowans.
