Our Council Bluffs CARES annual “Dreams Do Come True” prom this year is about taking a Tropical vacation to Paradise.
We will be inviting our persons with disabilities to come to a Luau and have their fun of a lifetime with dinner, activities, and a dance.
All of this is done with awesome sponsors, like you in our community.
